[0001] TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the field of doors, doors, shutters and particularly to adaptations making it possible to manufacture them in the best possible manner. conditions. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART There are a plurality of portal configurations. In order to make it possible to have casements having the same aesthetic on their two vertical faces, it is known to make the leaf in aluminum hollow profile sections or not. It is also known that the longitudinal edges of these blades 15 are preformed male and female shapes which, associated with a frame, allow the realization of a rigid assembly. The blades used conventionally have the same length and the same width. In order to enhance the aesthetics of such doors, it is possible to pierce one or more blades then called decorative blades forming a decor, patterns, a frieze ... So that this aesthetic is identical on both sides of the beating, these holes must be present on both sides of the decoration blade. However, for blades made of hollow linear sections, such orifices have the disadvantage of allowing the water or dust to enter and remain inside the profile of the blade. To solve this drawback, it is possible to associate these orifices with sealing means which are introduced into the orifices, bear on their edge against the outer face of the profile and close them. Such means then constitute an external projection visible and detrimental to the desired aesthetic effect. On the basis of this state of affairs, the Applicant has carried out research aimed at proposing a decoration blade for a carpentry machine capable of overcoming the above-mentioned drawbacks by proposing a technical solution enabling it to be obtained. aesthetic effect sought without the disadvantages noted. This research has led to the design and the realization of a new and inventive decorative blade that can be exploited both for door-type joinery type doors for doors or shutters. According to the invention, the decoration blade of a joinery such as a gate leaf, door or shutter comprising a plurality of blades is remarkable in that it is pierced right through and is made by the assembly of and pierced separately. Thus, while the other conventional blades forming the joinery consist of a hollow section made in one and the same piece, the invention proposes a decorative blade, in two parts to be integrated into the assembly forming the wing . Such a characteristic makes it possible to obtain a pierced blade for decoration purposes without the disadvantages described above. Indeed, the embodiment in two parts makes it possible to make the orifices more easily and to implement their closure from their inner face which becomes accessible and which can thus be preformed to receive and retain a closure means not constituting a protrusion in the outer face. According to another particularly advantageous feature, the inner surfaces of the pierced faces of said distinct sections accommodate at least one sheet of material called decorative sheet for the purpose of closing the holes made. A very simple piece is necessary to plug all the holes through the blade part. For the reception and retention of this sheet of decorative material, the inner surfaces of the pierced faces are preformed by at least one longitudinal projection, which projection, folded at least partially, in a position parallel to said surface, ensures the maintenance of said decoration sheet. To optimize this restraint, the inner surfaces of the drilled faces are preformed with retaining streaks of a glue joint interposed between the decorative sheet and said interior surfaces. According to another characteristic, said decorative blade is preformed on its longitudinal edges to allow its attachment to other blades and / or their cooperation with other profiles. In addition, it is, once its two profiles assembled, attached to blades of the same length, width, and height. In view of the dimensions, the difficulties of a two-part realization of a blade having to take up the principles of assembly and the aesthetics of the other one-piece blades led the applicant to imagine a particularly original manufacturing process, a process which is a another object of the invention. Indeed, the realization of the parts of the decorative blade according to the conventional methods of manufacturing a profile is hampered by the fact that these parts are open profiles with portions remote from each other making them difficult to manufacture without weakening them then that the blade obtained must classically participate in the structure of the wing. According to the invention, the manufacturing method of the blade described above is remarkable in that it comprises a manufacturing operation of a complete hollow section of which a portion of a face is machined to be removed to obtain a profile open constituting the first part which will be pierced holes according to the desired aesthetic. The second part is a simpler profile made separately and which is also pierced with orifices according to the desired aesthetic. More specifically, the method comprises the following operations: - spinning of a first hollow core blade section, - machining removal of all or part of a face of said first profile, 30 - drilling of the decoration on one side of the machined profile, - spinning a second profile, - drilling the decor on one side of the second profile, - assembling the two profiles. According to another particularly advantageous feature of the invention, the method is remarkable in that the two blade portions are preformed with internal projections perpendicular to the inner face of the blade portion which are machined to form collapsible tongues. The sheet of material is disposed on the inner faces of each blade portion which are then assembled to form the decorating blade of the invention. More specifically, the profile comprises, before assembly of the two sections, the following operations: - realization during the spinning of longitudinal projections, - machining projections for the purpose of creating tabs, - positioning of sheets of decorative material against the surface interior of the drilled faces, 10 - folding tabs for retaining said sheets. It is of course possible to make these blades or joinery in a material other than aluminum such as PVC. The invention also relates to the joinery housing one or more decorative blades according to the invention. Thus, the flaps concerned are preferably those comprising blades directly connected to each other and forming hollow single-piece profiles with the exception of the decorative blade or blades participating in the assembly. The basic concepts of the invention having been set forth above in their most basic form, other details and features will emerge more clearly on reading the description which follows and with reference to the accompanying drawings, giving non-limiting example, an embodiment of a decorative blade according to the invention. DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT As illustrated in the drawing of FIG. 1, the gate referenced P as a whole comprises a single horizontally sliding wing (double arrow F1) for controlling a delimited access between the two illustrated poles. This leaf comprises a plurality of blades 100 of hollow aluminum profiles whose longitudinal edges are preformed male and female shapes that allow their assembly in a vertical plane. No gap is defined between the blades 100. As illustrated in the drawing of FIG. 2, these blades have the same thickness so that their front and rear faces are in the same vertical plane of a blade as the blade. other. According to the preferred embodiment but not limiting illustrated, these blades also have the same height. [0003] This vertical assembly of horizontal blades 100 is associated with a rim profile 200 (also illustrated in the drawing of Figure 4) which at least overlies the upper edge of the upper blade 100 and the vertical side edges of the assembly. Thus, the blades 100 are hollow linear sections forming the flapper in almost all of its length. This gate P is in accordance with the invention in that it comprises in the vertical assembly, under the upper blade 100, a decoration blade 300 which is preformed for aesthetic reasons. [0004] According to the preferred but nonlimiting embodiment illustrated, this decoration blade 300 is pierced along the length of its front face and on its rear face of the same succession of oblong holes 310 arranged at regular intervals on two horizontal lines. . As illustrated in the drawings of FIGS. 2 and 3, the blade 100 is a hollow aluminum linear profile whose profile adopts the general shape of a rectangle whose two upper and lower faces are preformed respectively with a longitudinal rib 110 and a longitudinal groove 120 to facilitate attachment during assembly of their longitudinal edges. According to the illustrated embodiment, the blade 100 is equipped with a horizontal internal partitioning 130 sharing its hollow core. Its internal faces also have in the lower part 15 internal projections 140 in the form of a hook coming opposite rabies preformed at the bottom of the blade to possibly accommodate reinforcing elements (not shown). This profile 100 is further preformed with grooves forming a honeycomb 150 for receiving end fixing screws for the flange profile 200 and / or 20 for the blades therebetween. As illustrated in the drawing of Figure 3, the flange profile 200 is preformed to cooperate in particular with the upper rib 110 of the blade 100 for the purpose of creating a flange and a frame. [0005] As illustrated in the drawings of Figures 2, 6 and 7, and in accordance with the invention, the decoration blade 300 is a blade obtained by assembling two parts 400 and 500 to allow access to the interior volume of the blade. Once the two parts 400 and 500 have been assembled, the decoration blade 300 has the same dimensions as a one-piece blade 100. As illustrated in the drawing of FIG. 6, the first portion 400 is constituted by a linear profile having a portion vertical plane 410 equipped, on each of its two longitudinal edges, with a branch 420 and 430 projecting horizontally and forming the edge of the profile. The vertical plane portion 410 has an outer face and an inner face 412, the outer face forming the outer face of the profile 300. The inner face 412 is preformed in the upper part of a horizontal longitudinal projection 413. The inner face 412 is further preformed in the lower part to form with the base of the lower branch 420 a groove 414. This lower branch 420 is preformed to provide a hollow volume equivalent reception equivalent to the hollow volume home of the female groove 120 blades 100. Similarly, the upper branch 430 is preformed to provide a longitudinal projecting volume equivalent to the rib 110 of the blades 100. [0006] These lower branches 420 and upper 430 are further preformed, at their free end, a groove 421 and 431 and a vertical bearing surface 422 and 432. This preformation of the ends of the horizontal branches of the profile forming the first portion 400 allows the reception of the second portion 500. As illustrated in the drawing of Figure 7, the second portion 500 is constituted by a linear section having a vertical plane portion 510 equipped on its upper longitudinal edge of a branch 520 projecting horizontally. [0007] The planar vertical portion 510 has an outer face 511 and an inner face 512, the outer face 511 forming the other outer face of the profile 300. The inner face 512 is preformed in the upper part with a longitudinal horizontal projection 513. inner face 512 is further preformed in the lower part, 25 of another horizontal projection 514. This projection 514 is preformed at its base with a groove 515. This second part 500 does not participate in the attachment of the blade 300 to others blades but stiffens the latter by closing the space defined between the two branches 420 and 430 of the first portion 400. For this purpose, the projections 520 and 514 are positioned in the grooves 431 and 421 and the inner face 512 of the second part 500 abuts on the support surfaces 432 and 422. To participate in maintaining the position which is then completed by screws at the ends, the walls of said grooves 431 are pre formed of longitudinal ribs coming into contact with the flat surface of said projections. [0008] Nevertheless, before this assembly, the first and second parts must be manufactured, machined (in particular to be pierced with aesthetic orifices) and equipped with the sheet of material that closes said orifices. [0009] According to the manufacturing method of the invention, the first part 400 is the result of the machining of a specific hollow temporary profile 400 'illustrated in the drawing of FIG. 5, the material portion 440' connecting the two branches 420 'and 430' has been removed by machining so as to allow access to the inner face of the profile. The portion 440 'removed is used for an application other than that related to the invention. Another machining operation concerns the production of decorative bores and collapsible tongues for retention purposes of the decorative sheet which closes said bores. This tongue appears in the drawings of FIGS. 8 and 9 for the first part 400 of the decoration plate and in the drawings of FIGS. 10 and 11 for the second part 500. As illustrated in the drawings of FIGS. 8 and 9, the surface 20 vertical plane 410 is pierced with oblong holes 310. In addition, the longitudinal projection 413 is machined at regular intervals of two notches 416 and 417 whose spacing defines a tongue 418. A sheet of decorative material 600 is disposed in the groove 414 and pressed against the inner face of the profile 400. The tongue 418 is folded towards the edge of the sheet of material 600 to hold it in position. An adhesive seal is interposed between the sheet of material 600 and the profile 400 to complete the attachment. [0010] As illustrated in the drawings of Figs. 10 and 11, the vertical planar surface 510 is pierced with elongated holes 310. In addition, the longitudinal projection 513 is machined at regular intervals by two notches 516 and 517 whose spacing defines a tongue 518. A sheet of decorative material 700 is disposed in the groove 515 and pressed against the inner face of the profile 500. The tongue 518 is folded toward the edge of the sheet of material 700 to hold it in position. An adhesive seal 3032997 9 is interposed between the sheet of material 700 and the profile 500 to complete the attachment. According to a preferred embodiment, the inner surface portions coming into contact with the longitudinal edge of the sheet 5 of material 600 and 700 are striated to better accommodate the glue joint. Once the two parts 400 and 500 machined and equipped, they are assembled to form the decoration blade 300 which is assembled with the blades 100 to form the gate 10 of the gate P. It is understood that the decoration blade and its method of manufacture, which have just been described and shown above, have been for the purpose of disclosure rather than limitation. Of course, various arrangements, modifications and improvements may be made to the example above, without departing from the scope of the invention. 20 25 30 35
